Steaks at Ruth's Chris go from the petit filet up to the porterhouse for two, and in between there are New York strips,
T-bones, rib-eyes and bone-in cowboy steaks. Just add a little sizzling butter, a side of asparagus with hollandaise and
steak fries or mashed potatoes. Appetizers include veal osso buco ravioli, blue crab cakes and fried oysters. For
seafood, there are entrees of Maine lobster and ahi tuna. The créme brulee is topped with fresh berries and mint.

Having just passed the 150-year mark, Tujague's provides a Creole dining experience and a history lesson all in one
visit. The restaurant's famous five-course table d'hote dinner service starts with shrimp remoulade then moves on to
soup before introducing the house specialty, brisket of beef, served with the signature horseradish sauce. There is a
choice of entrees from among steak, fish and shellfish options. The chicken bonne femme is pan-fried and served with
