| Our Dixie Tour includes the historic Garden District. Photo ops include homes of various celebrities, as well as venues used for the filming of recent movies. The district is not accessible to large tour vehicles used by other tour companies. This district was home to wealthy sugar and cotton planters/factors/brokers prior to the Civil War - when New Orleans was the largest and wealthiest city in the South. |
