reservations before you arrive in New Orleans.  More information about each

dinner restaurants are also open for lunch. Inquire about dress codes for fine dining
restaurants.

Enjoy a reasonably priced lunch in the French Quarter. Try the famous po-boy and
muffuletta sandwiches, as well as Southern fried chicken, gumbo, or red beans and
rice with Cajun andouille sausage. Several French Quarter restaurants offer courtyard
seating.

A particular favorite among locals is lunch at Commander's Palace, which is situated in
he heart of the most beautiful neighborhood of New Orleans, the Garden District.  
Commander's has won John Beard awards for top restaurant in the United States,
